What do I need to bring with me for in-store pickup?
When picking up your order, we ask that you present:
• Government-issued, photo ID.
• Your order confirmation.

Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
Yes. If you have placed your order online, please call 1-855-797-8466 to speak to Customer Care and arrange for someone else to pick up your order. The person picking up your order will need to have a copy of your order confirmation.
If phoning in your order, please inform Customer Care that someone else will be picking up the order.

When can I pick up my order?
Pickup orders may be claimed during the store’s normal business hours.
How soon will my order be ready?
Corridor Wine & Spirits offers its customers two options for pickup, Standard and Express.
1) Standard Pickup
Orders placed for standard pickup will be available in 24 hours for pickup during the store’s normal business hours. In the event the 24 hour window falls outside of the store’s normal business hours, the order will be available for pickup the following business day during the store’s normal business hours.
2) Express Pickup
Orders placed using the Express Pickup option and placed no later than 11:00am local time will be available by 4pm the same business day. If the order is placed after 11:00am local time using the Express Pickup option it will be available the following business day during the store’s normal business hours.
